Very happy with service provided
He fitted my phone with a faulty screen after what should have been an hour long repair, and then refused to give it back to me broken, even when I offered him the full quoted price. I was given a 'replacement device' that could only text and call, but not told when my phone would be ready. I rang to arrange collection but was told his Ts&Cs state he can keep a device for 2 weeks, and that if I came to his property he'd call police for trespassing.
Appalled with the service and even more with the repair. When I eventually got the phone back the vibrate motor and headphone port were broken, and the new screen broke within 2 weeks of use. Don't be fooled by iFix's website and polite replies, this man is rude, aggressive and not a legitimate business! Stay away!
