Fay is a fantastic teacher and her cakes are high league quirky and have the wow factor. I had a 121 lesson. Since I have not handled fondant or decorated with icing ..making a wine barrel cake complete with figure and ivy, air brush and painted which looked real was an amazing achievement..all in a day. The guests were stunned. Tasted fantastic too. It was great fun!! I would recommend for anyone wanting to make your own celebration or wedding cake..either a beginner or wanting to improve learn new techniques.
Fay made and delivered an absolutely wonderful space rocket cake for my son’s birthday party yesterday. It was truly amazing and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for making our little boys day!
